• Typographical error
• Error in pricing information received from our suppliers
• Price change from manufacture or distributor

• Contact you by phone or email
• At that time you will be advised on the correct price
• When possible we will offer a discount for the inconvenience

ExmarkPartsGT.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. ExmarkPartsGT.com shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed & your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase & your order is cancelled, ExmarkPartsGT.com will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
